It was working in my pilot website but failed to work in the real website. it ends with that somehow my live website did not give enough memory to the module. You need to contact the FormMaker support team to solve this problem.

• For checkbox, the name cannot be null or errors will occur.
• to change the font or color, go to components->formaker->themes. find your theme and edit the css file.
• the path of the form is “/component/formmaker/?view=formmaker&id=13”. id is different.
